The United States Federal Government has allowed the hermaphrodite instigator of the riot to become a lawman.  It changed itself to male because its reputation was ruined, although it began as a Cherry Street Corner tramp.  The federal government let it play law, right in the Helena-West Helena city of the state of Arkansas.  It has stalked and harassed me for years.  Federal government endorsed.
